 Q: I want to change my order, can I?

A: We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

 

Q: How long will shipping take?

A: Only after our warehouse fulfills your order will be when the shipping time be effective depending on what shipping you have purchased. Orders will typically get fulfilled within 1-2 business days. 

Q: Are the leggings squat proof?

A: Yes, most of my leggings are squat proof, especially the newer collections. If it is too small, it might have a chance to not be squat proof. 

Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with Nasty Fit?

A: Please email nastyfitteam@gmail.com, and they will get everything sorted out for you. We will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

Q: What about shipping expenses?

A: We ship both internationally and domestically. All shipping expenses will vary depending on where you live. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do not offer exchanges at this point in time, but we do offer returns within 28 days of receiving your order. The clothing must be in perfect condition, unworn and in the original bag. If items are not returned in this condition, your item will not get refunded. Please email nastyfitteam@gmail.com for help with this.
